Casa Condado Hotel & Residences offer two products: Apartments and Hotel Rooms.

The apartments feature 3 bedrooms, each one with one queen bed and full bathroom en-suite, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, an extra guest bathroom, laundry room (washer and dryer).

The Hotel Rooms offer one bedroom with one queen bed and full bathroom en-suite.

APARTMENTS AND HOTEL ROOMS.

APARTMENTS: These beautiful fully furnished apartments are 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom, each bedroom features a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, plus a guest bathroom in the living room. Enjoy a spacious layout with a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, comfortable living and dining areas, and in-unit laundry with washer and dryer, AC. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. Just a short walk to the beach, top restaurants, luxury hotels, casinos, spas, gyms, and vibrant nightlife. Note: Maximum 4 guests per apartment, one free parking space included.

HOTEL ROOM: This comfortable room features one queen bed, a private en-suite full bathroom, and is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Please note: Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Limited parking is available on hotel premises for a daily charge of $25. Street parking and public parking options are also available nearby. Just a short walk to the beach, top restaurants, luxury hotels, casinos, spas, gyms, and vibrant nightlife.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Deluxe Queen Room. Featuring free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower. The spacious double room features air conditioning, a private entrance, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The unit has 1 bed. ;
Apartment. The air-conditioned apartment has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a kitchen. The apartments kitchen is available for cooking and storing food. The apartment features a washing machine and tumble dryer. The unit has 3 beds. ;
Standard Studio. The unit has 1 bed. Please note that the studio is located on the fourth floor with no lift access.
